 Have you ever had those nights where you just couldn't sleep and wish there was something you could do? Or you take prescription sleeping pills, but they leave you some what in a stupor or groggy when you first wake up? Plus I know people who have to be careful on or they do things they don't remember.

Well I have been there. I once had a physicians assistant recommend Melatonin as an alternative.  They are all natural and supposedly good for you. I was skeptic I tried some before, but didn't think they worked. Recently I decided to give them a real shot. Guess what! They work!! I haven't woke up so well before. Beautiful beauty sleep. The above is from their website and I did judge for myself and believe me my feet did say “ahh” I say “ahh”. I have never been a fan of socks. I have a high dislike for these atrocious things. I refused to wear them. My feet are unfortunately very sensitive. Socks that you can feel every stitch and all the other ickiness didn't work. I couldn't wear them. Than one day many moons ago I bought a bag of socks. Haven't really worn them... they had gotten mixed up with someone else socks. The other day I was freezing and I put these socks on my feet. I was like “aww”. I feel in love with these socks. My feet don't hurt or burn or are not irritated in anyway. LOVE IT!!! My feet feel pretty and pampered. I am not too big of a fan of the length of the socks because of my arthritis, but I found out tonight they have short cuffs! LOVE THAT!!!  Plus they are reasonably priced.

I highly recommend these to everyone!!!

Speed Dry+ Nail Enamel

SPEED DRY+ nail enamel does it what is says “dries in 30 seconds” which is wonderful because I don't have enough patience to wait much longer. :-) Bad thing is it starts to chip and come off in about the same amount of time. :) Ok exaggeration, but within 18 hours or less my nails with normal every day hand uses was chipping. By the 2^nd day it was half off. I am highly disappointed in this nail enamel and I would not recommend it.

Young Family Dental

If you value your teeth at all please don't go here. I don't know the exact number, but the majority of the people I have talked to have either permanent damage, worse teeth problems, or problems in general since going there. They have 3 locations in Utah County. I know one person who has permanent nerve damage in her bottom lip and I know personally for me I have teeth that have crumbled because of them. They did things against my wishes. Things that would cost me more out of pocket than I could afford now I constantly have infection in one of my molars that they dug out and created. Which I told them not to since it had been that way for years.

BEYOND COLOR Plumping Lip Color SPF 15 with Double the Retinol

I have always hated my lips especially the top lips. They have always been on the thin side and disappeared. I hated it. Also disliked my smile. My friend Eva is an Avon rep and I ordered this from her in two colors. Chocolate Frosting and Cocoa. Chocolate Frosting was a little darker than I preferred, but I still love it. You don't have to wear it every day, but I have learned you need to wear it at least once or twice a week. Which is okay with me. I love it so much. I love the lipstick. Dentek Triple Clean Floss Picks

 I hate flossing with the string. I always have. I don't know if it is my short stubby fingers or the weird shape of my mouth on the inside. So I avoided it for years til one day on a shopping trip to WalMart I stumbled upon these. They are great and wonderful! I love them! I do break some of the thread things because of how tight the space is between my teeth or because of the hideous dental work that Young Family Dental did on my teeth. (Hmm that needs to be a beauty review.) I love how these clean my teeth so wonderfully. I love the clean feeling I get between my teeth after I use these! I highly recommend these!

Why didn't someone think of this sooner? Rolled floss officially became a thing of the past with the advent of our Triple Clean Floss Pick.
