SPEED DRY+ nail enamel does it what is says “dries in 30 seconds” which is wonderful because I don't have enough patience to wait much longer. :-) Bad thing is it starts to chip and come off in about the same amount of time. :) Ok exaggeration, but within 18 hours or less my nails with normal every day hand uses was chipping. By the 2nd day it was half off. I am highly disappointed in this nail enamel and I would not recommend it.
