Oh my heck! If you ever have aches and pains I highly recommend this and for only a buck it is well worth it! I have fibromyalgia and arthritis some days (especially in the winter) my regular pain meds don't take all the pain away. This is sweet relief! Aaaaaahhhhh!!!! I don't like things like "Icy Hot" because of the cold part of it. It makes my muscles cramp up and makes it worse. So this is wonderful. You can get it at Dollar Tree for just $1. It is so worth it!! I have never had anything work this well. I think I may start to buy it buy the case for $24 and have it on hand maybe even be able to share it with others!!!
